It is made from 1095 carbon steel. The blade is ground with a right side chisel grind and a left side back bevel. I hand forged the ring. The handle is wrapped with dark red paracord and over wrapped with black cotton cord that was soaked with resin. The blade was oil quenched and tempered to be 58-59RC in hardness. It comes with a leather cross draw sheath.
6 7/8in long X 1/4in thick X 5/8in wide at base of blade. Cutting edge 2 1/8in long.
