A couple of months ago they had quite a few Karambit-Cs being offered as DOTDs. I picked up two Karambitsies in October and I find them to be quite useful.
The karambit is the indonesian equivalent to the khukuri.
It's roots are as a utility/farm tool, but it also serves well for SD purposes.
The K-Bit we have here, i believe, combines the best parts of karambit and khukuri and both the original Dan K design and my redesigned C-Bit have their places in the line of tool and weapon. Dans design is straighter and more utilitarian whereas the C-Bit is more curved and feels more like a weapon. The C-Bit also has a larger ring to accomodate those with larger fingers.
