I was able to hand pick this one from the shop since I live close by. It has a machined ring (pic 5) on the barrel of the pen and a light stone wash. I also added a polished clip and brass section(showing patina) with a fine nib. There's not another one like it in the wild. Pen works perfectly, just don't use it much.

Asking $sold shipped USPS priority in the US. and includes pp fees.
