I’ll start by apologizing if this post isn’t appropriate, mods feel free to delete
However this is the only resource I’m a party to that has any expertise in this subject matter

I have exhausted all online resources to try to identify the meaning of this kanji I have found on a martial arts diploma, does anyone happen to know what it reads/means
Thanks!0C3F1699-C477-4D9C-932F-C7D259C921CF.jpeg

I looked them up, and the first one looks almost like the Chinese Simplified character for "soft". But it's missing a line, so I don't know for sure.

It also looks like "hey".

But it's also a bit different.

The second one, seems to resemble these four, but still not exactly. I will include them because they look close, and might help you unravel the mystery:

unknown

"ridge"

unknown

"Xun" (the 201st surname in the Song dynasty classic text Hundred Family Surnames)

The third is "formula" in Japanese and Chinese.

I hope that helps.

Thanks !
This is awesome information
Our sensei has to re-create a file and wanted to know if this was an important component
I will let him know, greatly appreciated!

My pleasure, but all I did was a little Google Fu. ;)
