Ever since I laid hands on my first custom knife, Dan's K4 with a 2.75" blade of O-2 steel.. I've been putting this knife to the test.
It has sliced newspaper, advertising collateral, apples, pears, opened letters, broken down card board boxes, and yes, even skinned and was batoned through 1" thick peach tree limb. Why skin and baton a peach tree limb? Sheer Bladeforums.com insanity and boredom.
It sharpens up like nobody's business.. and this is from somebody who cannot sharpen worth a damn.
