Katz Knives warranty, do they have a lifetime?

I have an expensive Kagemusha series model, it's discontinued. The scales are cracked on both sides.

I looked on the website and can't find any info on warranty services or guarantee.

I really hope they back their products. I purchased it at a knife show years ago and am sure the seller guaranteed it for life. Unless I was stupid enough to buy it without asking.
