Kazak Pro sharpening system

Question for anyone who knows. Take a look at the pic below, I've drawn a red arrow at the part that I have a question about.
What is it called and what does it do ? If I look at Kazaks site, I dont see this part. If I look at Grits site, the pro black is the only model with this.

That's one of the designs I did for Gritomatic. It is a support guide that you can mount on the Kazak base to make sure it is exactly level and to stop it from swiveling backwards if you bump it or apply too much force while sharpening.

Still waiting on Gritomatic to get them in stock (pro black). Said at least another 3 weeks.

No problem.

When they get them back in stock, perhaps remind them to include the support block if you want one of those.

Personally, I prefer using my Kazak Pro Black with my support block.
