Been enjoying my kdsh so much lately, I'm compelled to post some pics. Why here and not the SR forum? Because I lurk here and not there... :D

Next to my ASH.......this is my most used tool/blade I own. From years of owning and using many different tomahawks......the Kill Devil is the most functional tomahawk made today in my opinion.

How do you like it with no scales? Been thinking of picking up a 'wrapped' version that could be used as an entry tool. Doesn't hurt thatThose things just look awesome.

I wrap my hands in leather gloves. That thing is designed to destroy things.....just my kinda tool. Ask Oger, he chopped a nissan in half and had no scales or wrap.....just leather gloves. Although they look nice wrapped and handled up....I would prefer a KDSH to have nothing.

The KDSH was one of the first things that drew me to the swamp, and Busse.
The pictures of that Nissan being devoured tug at my heart strings.

I still use the "I could go chop your car in half with this knife, and if it broke they'd send me a new one to finish the job"
Line when describing the toughness/warranty on Bussekin.

Most people just look at me like I'm crazy.😎

Same here timmy....same here. I use that same line Lance. Then I tell them to look up the video.

I got mine yesterday, sage with tan micarta. I'll get some pics up this weekend. I really like the size and weight on it. I planned on using it for general camping and emergency bag duty. I'm thinking it's also going in the "go play in the woods bag".

I wonder if you can order a Kill Devil with the holes drilled for handles but without any handle at all?

I don't believe so. It would be easy enough to drill out the fasteners though and remove the scales.
