Like Darrel, I have a few projects coming up with HTM.:cool: I wish I could tell you more, but they aren't quite at the point where they can be discussed. They are getting closer. I can only say one or two might bend and one or two might not. ;)

OK, now that I may or may not have answered your question, what kind of bowie are you thinking? I mean, bowie is a very broad and inclusive term.
 
Just a classic blade profile kind of like the 14, but any bowie with similar shape would be awesome. DDR does a mean bowie. I'm sure you've seen some of his in his Triggers and Gunnies.

OK....we are in thinking along the same lines, clip point with some curve in the belly.

As far as my customs, I am working through some ideas for a couple of larger bowies. I am hoping to start working on them a little later in the year.

Darrel's Triggers and GH's are nice, but I think his best bowie blades were on the Maxxes a few years back. There was on in particular that was amazing. I believe it was a 7" bowie, a slibghtly longer clip than usual, gold pins, black lip mother of pearl. It was awesome. Maybe if we bug Darrel, he might dig into his picture archives and share.

I don't know if any of you saw the recently departed neck knife I was doing with Davi's gun shop in Raleigh, NC. It was called the D.U.N.K. = Davi's Utility Neck Knife

Unfortunately, like many other businesses, Davi's closed their doors recently. The DUNK design has been adjusted a bit and HTM will do a short run of them. I don't know how far out they are. Since Davi's is no more, I think we are just going to call them UNK's! No pics at this time. I do remember there were a few videos on YouTube of the DUNK. That might give you an idea of what is coming.

I was thinking if you replace Davi's with the H in HTM it would be a HUNK.

Man, it seems like yesterday when you made those. Time flies when your having fun!

I am leaning toward HUNK!
 
Hunk sounds...sorta strange if you're a guy carrying it. Just saying.

My youtube skills elude me. I can't find the vid. Can we expect these at bladeshow?

I think I would carry one called Hottie!

Eh. Name's not really that important. If it looks and functions well, it's a winner...even if it's called Hunk. :P If you called it Hottie, it should get an old 50s era pinup model silhouette beside the name.
 
It appears the DUNK videos have been removed. :( bummer I will see if I can find a pic.

Bladeshow? Possible, but not likely. Initially, 3 knives were slated for Blade. However, with all of the projects running right now, I will be happy to see one.

D.U.N.K. the name shall remain!
