Keeping rust off your blades

I have a tuff cloth that I also use. As far as I know it's just mineral oil on it. I add mineral oil to it when it's dry and then use it. I think I've been using mine for 4 years at least.

Their site as well as the package (at least the one pictured on the site) says that Tuf Cloths are "oil free"

The Sentry Tuf Cloth works fine as already suggested by others here. From time-to-time I'll use boiled linseed oil and making sure to wipe off the excess a few minutes later after it's been applied.

It is a battle that will be hard to win. Rust works 24/7 and has no expiration date, it is like clockwork. I use WD 40 and also some mineral oil, but, when the chips are down, why not just use a blade from Mission knives? I never have to fret about corrosion with my MPK. Sure, they are not as hard as a Buck 119, but I have deep-sixed the worry with these high end users.
