Kel-Tec folding bayonet/knife

I'm not familiar with it, but reading the specs I noticed they say it has a fuller and I don't see one. What might they be referrring to and what else about knives doesn't their writer know? :)
 
stupid question but i didnt notice a thumbstudd or button on theblade or handle how is the blade deployed
 
Looks like the thing that goes over the barrel, is attached to the blade, and is more or less used like a flipper/thumbstud ect.
