I haven't read your review yet, Attej, but I will. I've liked the design of the Kellam knives at Ben's Backwoods, especially the Striker, Fang, and 3.7" puukko. I like them except for the fancy names on the blades, eg. "Striker". All are priced at under $100

I live about 2 miles away from Kellam's shop. Let me know if there is anything that I can do to help you, in the order of a photo or something.

The M.95 Sissipuukko is a good knife. I own several. One of my favourites, certainly. 160 $ + is very steep for it, though - it goes for around 65 € here.

The Good:
- forged carbon steel blade, plenty strong for reasonable use (although it will chip out if you cut metal or rock with it, and you can't rightly pry open doors with these things)
- excellent weapon if you're so inclined (especially with stabbing in mind, which is no surprise since it's a military puukko)
- very grippy plastic handle, comfortable in cold weather
- the grind is thin enough for actual cutting and slicing, and the knife gets very sharp indeed
- very good sheaths (for a "factory" sheath)
- heavy and strong enough to baton with if you so desire, and even to do some chopping. The M.95 isn't a chopping knife, but it has enough length and weight to do that in a pinch.
- pretty durable teflon coating

The Bad:
- rust aggressive steel. You really should oil it, or it will rust the moment you touch even just wood with it. Doesn't pit too much, though, and the coating helps.
- too large for precision work, but would be a good do-it-all knife
- too short and light to be a hatchet replacement for those who desire one

The Ugly
- not exactly the prettiest knife you'll see
- fit and finish poor: the grinds are nearly always notably uneven, especially at the tip, the handle will have all kinds of beauty marks on it and things like that.

All in all, if you want a survival kind of knife, then the M.95 is an good choice, if you don't mind the fit and finish issues.
