• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

7.125" carbon blade. 13" overall. Curly birch handle.

The knife has been lightly used and slightly altered.

I used it once cutting up a raw chicken to make food for my cats. The shiny bevel of the blade stained a nice blueish patina in some parts from that. I polished it back to shiny steel with some Flitz figuring that people might rather get their own patina on it, but it's not perfectly shiny as original out of the box. The edge geometry is pretty much still the same as out of the box though since the chicken slicing and dicing didn't affect it any.

The more extensive change to the original knife is in the handle. I dremeled and reshaped the handle slightly to fit my hand better. The shape difference is subtle, but my craftsmanship isn't the best so there are small divots in some areas at the front of the handle. It wouldn't affect the function of the knife any but they are cosmetic blemishes caused by me. I also coated the handle with a couple of layers of polyurethane. I find that high gloss handles feel grippier to me than a satin one where it feels like there's a layer of dust between my hand and the wood. If you like the satin look and feel better you'll have to sand the wood back down.

TRADED shipped to the CONUS. Overseas shipping will be extra depending on what the post office charges, and the risk of the knife being lost in transit overseas or taken by customs is on you.

I would consider trading for a Fallkniven WM1 or a Spyderco Mule in M4, SV90, or ZDP-189.
