This is a pretty standard pattern for me, the scales are not. This is some
more of the stuff I got from our river drawdown last summer, been drying
for a year and has been stabilized (immersed in CA) numerous times.

SPECS
Blade and spring Ats-34, cryo quenched, blade at Rc61-62, 3/32" stock.
Blade is hollow ground, 600 grit hand finish, cut swedges.
Frame 416 ss liners and bolsters integral, liners are mill relieved.
Scales as above, I think this stuff was under water a long time, it actually
started to take on some of the mineral coloring like mammoth bark.
closed length 4", open length 7 1/4", this knife is very thin under 3/8" thick
Back is flush open, half stop, and closed position. About 5-6 on the pull.

SOLE AUTHORSHIP All parts made by me in my shop.

Price $375 shipping and paypal included. SOLD
You can say I'll take it here pm, or email me, All comments welcome and
thanks for looking.

Two folks already have said exceptional, and that is the first thing that came to mind when I saw this knife, followed closely by outstanding and beautiful.

Gorgeous knife, as usual, Ken.

Forgive me for being obtuse, but regarding the handle scales, what kinda "stuff" is it that you pulled from the river? I assume it's some sort of mystery wood, but it could just as easily be bone or... The closest material I've seen would be spalted maple burl. Whatever it is, it looks like a million bucks.

The "stuff" is cow shin bone, long story short, drawdown for papermill dam repair
and when they dropped the water we took off for an old slaughterhouse site that
had been under water for 60+ years. Hope this helps.
Ken.

Thanks for the clarification, Ken. Interesting 'stuff.'

Ah...the halcyon days spent plundering a moldering bovine necropolis. :D

Keep coming back for more looks, that is one great knife, the scales are, WOW

Question sent via PM.

This one was extremely temping to me! I love that bone. If I would have had the money it would have been gone a long time ago.
