Ken Coats Big Spey – This was a prototype version. I recently sent it in to Ken and had him put a cut swedge on the top of the blade and changed the small straight clip grind to a deeper curved “razor clip”.He also gave it some nice fluff & buff. Blade is ATS34 cryo-quenched. Handles are Ken’s own dyed and jigged amber bone. Shield is double pinned nickel. Stainless liners are mill relieved. Half-stop, with spring flush in closed, half-way and open positions. Blade is dead centered when closed. Measures 4 3/8” closed, 8” fully opened.
