KEN ERICKSON 3 3/8 TEARDROP Jack

sold $335 shipped in conus, Paypal fees included

I am offering this knife at a special discounted price due to the specks in the Micarta , primarily on the pile side. Normal list price for this knife $475.
I recently purchased a supply of yellow linen Micarta and was wanting to build a small teardrop based on a really neat EO Jason Baker gifted to me at last years Blade Show. Wanting to make my pattern and use some of the new Micarta is what led to this neat little EDC teardrop. When I build a shadow like this one, one of the last things I do is contour the scales, thats when I ran into the specks. The fit+finish and mechanics on this knife are first rate, including finished insides. Medium to Medium heavy pull very smooth, with crisp half-stop without being a nail breaker. Satisfaction 100 percent guaranteed but please keep in mind the specks in the Micarta. This knife is bladed in standard D2 not CPMd2 (razor sharp).

You can say "I will take it" here, email or PM. Shipped insured USPS priority mail, delivery confirmation in a protective zippered case.

3 3/8 (tad under, 3.300)
3/32 flat ground D2 blade and spring, hand finished 600 grit.
410 stainless liners mill relieved with 410 stainless birdseye reinforcements.
Yellow linen Micarta scales
Flush in all positions with centered blade tip
Standard nail pull
drawn swedges
Half-stop

Thanks for looking and any questions welcome

If I weren't so close to being able to afford a KMG I would have jumped all over this one BECAUSE of the speckled micarta. That knife looks like it jumped right out of my grandfathers pocket. I love it.

Sorry i missed this one. I am very fond of both Gentleman Ken and his very fine knives.
I think the Micarta on this one looks very 'rich' and well rounded. The speckles don't seem to detract in any way.
Very warm and inviting knife Ken. It would be lovely if you could manage to post a couple more.
