Ken, you definately captured the "Vintage look" on this one. It's not exactly my style of knife, but I still appreciate your interpretation of this classic pattern:thumbup:

Siguy, I had thought about different methods of grinding the very small radius groove in the punch. In the end I laid it out and used a small (.375) white grinding stone on my Dremel grinder, then finished it up with a rat tail file then on to paper.

A punch is much harder to make than most blades, depending on the style. This one is a piece of sculpture; very nice!!

Not a style that I'd normally favor but that knife is absolutely beautiful. I really like the ebony scales.
