KEN ERICKSON swell center hunter

SOLD $695 shipped conus/Paypal fees included

This is one of my large swell center hunters. I have only made a few other in this pattern. I wanted to make this one up in jigged bone, along the lines of the Case corncob jigging pattern. This is a large knife 5 1/4 closed with a weight of 5 1/2 oz. These large hunter patterns have a weight and feel that is very smooth and solid. You can say "I will take it" here, pm or email. Thanks for looking!

5 1/4 closed
CPM154CM saber ground blade and spring
Cut swedges
Long nail pull
800 grit hand rubbed finish
416 Integral,relieved bolsters and frame
Double pinned shield
Brown dyed bone(Culpepper's) Ken Erickson jigging
Half stop
Fully finished, bright inside
About a medium to medium heavy, but NOT a thumb buster to open
5 1/2 OZ.

That is amazing looking. Makes me want a Coke almost as much as the knife itself.
I truly love your work. Very nice.

That's another beauty Ken-I love the color of the bone on this one-I could definately see this one in my back pocket!!!!!:D

Ken, wonderful fine knife. I would love to use this on my next deer this Fall, but i absolutely must restrain myself for financial reasons. this is not easy but i know i am not alone as who does not want this knife ?

Thanks for the kind comments on this one! These large swell centers with the saber ground blades are a favorite pattern of mine.

This one is now SOLD

Nice job on that one Ken!
The bone looks great, and the blade looks good from EVERY angle, like a good sculpture should!!

sold, you gotta be kidding me.

I keep snoozing and losing..............again and again and again.

Whata beautiful knife............damn!!!!

Spine shot is amazing:thumbup: The workmanship makes it look like a fixed blade, where's the join:D That bone compliments a big knife like this.
