KEN ERICKSON 3 1/2 slipjoint
SOLD

$265 includes shipping conus and Paypal fees if used

This one is a bit different from me but a very useful edc or woodcarver. One for you carbon lovers. Here are the specs.

1095 flat ground blade with 1095 spring
3 1/2 closed
410 one piece milled frames and bolsters
fluted front and rear bolsters
standard nailpull
English walnut scales , checkered
diamond shield
half stop

This one has a very strong back spring but with the blade profile you can still pluck it open. Blade sits centered.

Thanks for looking and any comments more than welcome.

You can tell me you will "take it here" pm or email me.

Wow!! Congrats to whomever the lucky new owner is! That's a real beauty, and one heck of a fine deal.

Have a safe and pleasant weekend folks. :)

Folks -

I am the proud new owner of that handsome knife. It's my first custom and I am so excited I can barely contain myself. Been reading this forum for several months and I know you can understand how I feel.

Nice. I cannot recall ever seeing a wooden handle like that on a custom knife before. Reminds me of a revolver (handle) I used to have. Very cool. Good score!

These dang things sell too fast on here. Does anyone know a star trek computer wizz who can block everyone except me from buying knives on here :)

might you have one of those fine hawkbills for sale this memorial day weekend (like the one on your site)? Wouldn't that just be a grand surprise.

Thanks for all the kind comments on this one. Sorry , This is the only knife I had available.
I truly appreciate all the comments.

Have a great Memorial day weekend.

Ken

Wow, go grocery shopping and errand running and it is posted, bought and gone, all before I could say, I'll take it. Congrats Ken!! Maybe next time.

My new (and first) custom arrived yesterday and I couldn't be more thrilled. It is a perfect EDC and the only knife that will see serious pocket time for the foreseeable future.

The size is perfect; the knife is thin and is barely noticeable in my pocket, except I can't keep my hands off of it. The fluted bolsters and the walnut scales are really striking and feel great in my hand. The blade is sharp and the lines of the knife flow beautifully.

Wow. Thanks, Ken.

What a neat idea checkering like that!
And beautiful knife!

If I had a 1911 or were going to regrip a revolver, I'd sure try to get something like that walnut and ask Ken to do the grips and matching handles on a similar folder.....
