Ken Erickson "Texas Jack"

Wow, Ken! That is beautiful! I really like the way you fill the unused portion of the slot for the secondary blade. Top notch.

That is a great knife Ken, and the bone is out of the park

Dayum, Ken's all that and the bag holding the chips. :D

Holly molley. I can not add anything word wise. So I figure I'll just keep staring for a while.

You can't get much better than that !
Beautiful Job Ken

That one could be the best knife I've seen all year. OK, and I expect to get clubbed by some traditionalists but, when I order mine I'll get the Warncliffe modified a little closer to a pen blade. I do like the bone color and jigging too.

Nice One Ken, I do like that bone and your jigging. I am stashing these pictures so I can show you what I want when my name comes up.
Thanks for sharing,
Jim

That knife is the shiznit!!...ain't nuttin wrong wit dat!

That knife is brilliant! I visited your website and really enjoyed your work, beautiful knives (and very useful patterns as well). It's a pitty that you're not currently taking orders, do you know when you'll catch up with your backlog and start taking orders again?

Your work is particularly impressive considering you started making slipjoints in 2006, that's some fast learning, mate.

Congratulations to you for a job well done, and for the customer for his excellent taste in knives.

Wonderful work Ken, love the pattern, interesting blades, the steel, the scales, the integral frame/bolsters and the impeccable fit and finish, very special !

I picked this one up at the Post Office today.

It went straight into my watch pocket and I cut up an apple to "break it in"
No safe queen for this one.

All I can say is thanks to Ken for making this great knife. It is everything that the photos show. The bone is great. The pull is medium which is what I like. I expect to use this for a long time and then pass it on...

Thanks for all the nice comments on this thread.
