This is a full custom from Ken that was the basis for his Kershaw and Forum Bump designs...the difference is that, as a full custom, every detail is executed to perfection making for a truly sublime knife.
The SpeedSafe action and the StudLock mechanism are as smooth as could possibly be. They have to be felt to be believed.
Every edge and radius is sculpted and it fits the hand perfectly. Ken did justice to this design and to this blade...look at the grinds!
It is the 3/16" thick version so is the slimmer, lighter version.
Ken states that this is his favorite folder: 3D contoured, checkered and mirror-polished 6al4v titanium frames with S-30V blades. They also have the "Stud lock" which is 440C and heat treated for maximum toughness.
Only six of these were made. I give it up reluctantly only to fund/pursue a new hobby. Minor superficial scratches to the blade that Ken can clean right up. Needs no other work - as I stated, the action is unbelievable.
