Ken Onion Random Task

Damn, just got around to checking out the forums tonight. I can't wait to see what this one goes for, either!!:eek:

My oldest, who is 7 yrs. just got her first ipod, and I've had to help her fill it up with songs all night!!:D Nothing like getting home from a long day at work and having the wife say, "guess what, honey....you've got a job to do!!:D"

I'm gonna go check on the Random Task right now.....

I've been collecting CD's since they were first released, and have nearly 1600 of 'em!! Fortunately I've been able to convince my daughter that the Beatles, Sheryl Crow, Iron Maiden, Ozzy Ozbourne, and KISS are all great music, so I loaded her up with tracks from my collection!!

BTW, what's that Random Task up to???????

Cool. :cool: Good work. I turned my (now 17-year-old) daughter on to Tull, Rush, Joan Jet, and the like. Took her to a Tull concert and then an Ian Anderson solo gig a while back, and recently the whole family took in a Rush show on the second leg of the Snakes & Arrows tour. :D




Oh, and all our songs are 256K Ogg Vorbis rips. :p
 
Rush I can do without, but Jethro Tull is still a weekly event in my house...things just arent normal if I dont zone out to Thick as a Brick for 43.35 seconds a week.
 
Glad to see another Rush fan around. I just saw them last month in Hershey for an incredible show (row 17 baby!) and I have almost all of their songs. Tull is also some great stuff and I'd love to see him if he ever comes around again.

Back on topic...
The RT looks to be a gorgeous knife (as with any Onion design) but is way out of my spending limit (because i spent my money on row 17 seats hehe)!

My brother and I saw Rush earlier this year on the Snakes and Arrows tour:thumbup:, then Iron Maiden in May, and we're heading to Judas Priest in August:D

The auction on this beauty has ended. Some lucky person just got a great deal on this knife. Will we be seeing pictures when this arrives at its new home?
