You just don’t see enough Kepharts around these parts so here's another of my tributes to the iconic blade in 1/8" 52100. One of my favorites to make, I hope you like it!

I stayed somewhat faithful to the original, including the profile (of course), lightly convexed to the spine and flared front scales. In general "everything that needs to be there is, and nothing is there that doesn't need to be" (paraphrased from one of the articles I studied). The blade does have a subtle leaf shape, because I like it that way!

Dimensions 10 1/8” OAL and 1 3/8” tall, 1 3/16” blade– 5 1/8” from tip to scales – Hand sanded to 1200grit. Edge before sharpening was .010” or so and it is very sharp. Balances on the spacer.

The scales are Blackheart sanded to 1200 grit with 1/8” stainless and mosaic pins. The handle feels great in my average size hand and will fill a larger hand as well. The Tracker sheath is a snug fit with great retention yet easy to deploy.

Great looking blade!! Is this a stock removal or forged from billet? Just curious.

Hi Smiticus Smiticus , thanks for the vote of confidence, usually these go pretty fast and to my eye this is a pretty good example of the genre.

John: The knife is gorgeous. If I had not just bought a few knives and have a few on order, I would snatch it up in a heartbeat. Kepharts are perfect for all things outdoors and yours looks simply great. I hope to get one from you soon.
