Hello,
Up for sale is this brut de forge Kephart-ish style bushcrafting knife with a Lignum Vitae handle and micarta pins/lanyard,
This guy was designed for performance in the woods! The blade is almost 1/4”thick coming in at 0.24” and is well suited for chopping and batoning, it’s 8670 at 62+- HRC with a convex grind, apple seed edge and a tip that was designed for carving as well as some jimping on the spine for extra retention. The handle is nice and beefy with grooves up front to assist with carving and the tang is extending from the handle to be used for hammer/pounding tasks.
The finish on the blade is a little different, the coloration is from heat treatment and is actually quite durable.
Blade length is 6.05” handle length is 4.65” and overall length is 10.7”
Comes with black Wickett & Craig leather sheath.
Asking $old with free US shipping!

Nice looking, & Great Deal!!!
Lucky buyer.

I just recently got some of this wood too.
I've never used it earlier.
It has the Most Amazing smell ever. I love it.
Hard to describe. I don't think I know what Frankincense and Myrrh smells like, but I imagine that's it..... very Spicy, but in a manly way, I'd wear it as cologne. And it's Very heavy. Very solid.
I'm looking forward to using it on a knife. :D

Forgot to say I dig your logo too!!!!!!! Its perfect..... Just like the blade above!!!!!
Keep em coming!!!!! Love seeing what you're making.....
Best,

James
Thanks again!

I do have another one coming just like this one but with African Blackwood for the handle. Should be dropping tomorrow evening sometime.
