Who would if they pulled that kind of money? Guarantee, he'd get tire kicked in the balls here (No offense but it's true, guilty of it myself)

I doubt it. People smiling bought and sold 0777s for $8-900 here. No tire kicking or anything of the sort.

When I tried to sell my Tyrade, the tire kicking was ridiculous even at $160.00
Same week watched one pull $376.00 on eVilbay. Different strokes I guess.

a 0777 is a completely different situation. People were listing tilt's on here for 3-4.5 bills fairly recently.

I digress.

Saw a new/old stock Ti Tyrade at a local gun shop the other day, marked at full retail ($299). It has been there in the showcase long enough for the copper brazing to turn black. I would think someone could talk them down a bit based on that.
 
I think the DLC is just that bit sexier imo.
It's a great knife for the collection.
If I have one, I wouldn't think of selling it.
Again, prices are always what the market is willing to pay for.
Hinderers are a classic example.
 
I hear ya denari, I am not knocking anyone, just commenting on the buyers and sellers market fluctuation these days is literally day to day.

I guess it applies to any collector/hobby scene.
Everytime a piece is highly sought after, it's usually due to either rarity, quality, interesting backstory, or a combination of the three.
 
Had 5 total, sold one to a really good friend since he was wanting one. One DLC is safe queen, other one is a user. The SW is my safe queen.

ZT 777 VS Tilt Id give the 777 a 10/10, and the tilt a 9.8/10. (sometimes its just too large in the pocket! and if you want to switch the postion of the pocket clip it the shape doesnt contour to your pant seems). Always been a sucker for wharncliff blades. Both in my opinon flip the same. A recent pic of them:

Nice collection. I don't understand the huge eagle claw on the MT 0777 copy though.... :(
