This is a vintage Kershaw 1050 from the mid 70's. The Kershaw 1050 was their flagship folder that was made in Seki Japan and has a drop point blade that from my research is 8CR13MOV. The blade is in amazing shape and has the factory edge on it, which is still super sharp. The bass has slight oxidation that could easily be removed with a polish. The handles are super solid with zero cracks or chips. The lock up on the blade is SOLID, zero play what so ever! I know Kershaw offered a lifetime warranty on these knives, not sure if that is transferable or not.... This is an amazing knife that shows how well they made knives back then. Comes as you see, 1050's in this kind of condition regularly go for $150-200 depending, but I do not have the sheath...
