kershaw 1595 speed bump advice

At a local flee market there is a kershaw 1595 speed bump. The problem is the pocket clip has been somehow "ripped" off aswell as the area it attaches to, i can buy it for $20. is there some sort of replacement scales i can buy? Is it worth picking up at this price with this sort of damage to it?
