Kershaw Amplitude 2.5

Personally, I like being able to control the deployment speed of my blades, so many of mine have been de-assisted as long as they have sufficient detent in order to stay closed. That doesn't mean, however, that I don't appreciate a well-built and well-designed assisted knife.

yea,i dont personally like aos either. i like to be able to slowly open the knife around people at work. you dont want to scare the plebs by whipping out an assault knife.

From what I remember, Kershaw has their own factory in China staffed with actual KAI employees. They are not like other manufacturers who slap their name on an already established product (CRKT Drifter) or enlist Chinese companies to make the knives (Spyderco Tenacious).

The similarities in steel choice are about all they have in common with companies like SRM, Enlan or Ganzo.
