I would post this normally in the relevant brand subforum but there isn't a KAI one anymore so general it is...
I have a Piston (USA made Kershaw, good knife about $60) that has a blade that always has been somewhat off center. I have tried this, that and the other thing as far as adjusting the pivot, disassembling and lubing it and so on but nothing will fix it. The knife cannot be deassisted (no detent hole) so that's not an option to fix it either. The blade just barely touches the one scale (it's unlined G10) and it really bothers me...will Kershaw fix this under warranty?
I know this is more of an aesthetic issue than a functional one, the lockup and action are otherwise totally fine, it just gets on my nerves bc I like all my knives to be centered and this is the only one that isn't.
Thanks for the insights.
