kershaw blizzard problem

since the new kershaw ken onion knives came out i have really gotten into collecting i have a question on the blizzard i use it as my carry knife. last night i was working on my tractor and had my knife on the out side of my pocket on the left side somehow it opened a bit and i got a good cut from the tip of the blade when i lifted my arm has anyone had this problem ?
