Kershaw Blur Wave Action

posted this in the kershaw forum but figured it would get more exposure here.

awhile back i had taken the torsion bar out of my blur. i put it in my pocket today and when i drew it, it waved open! the thumbstuds are a pretty good wave.

Failure rate; or is the wave dependable?

i got it pretty much every time. you just need to keep it right at the end of your pocket and angle the spine of the blade towards the lip of your pocket.

Did you drill a detent hole into the blade, or does the Blur have one already? I know that my Kershaw A/O's don't have a detent hole, so I haven't taken the torsion bar out.
