Kershaw Chive

The Wal-marts here in PA sell the speedsafes. I just got my black chive 11-4-02. I like it a lot. Pretty sharp for a factory edge. I bought it online, and my sample has great fit, and smoothness.
 
I probably will be the only guy telling you to be careful. I purchased a Chive. It kept opening up in my pocket EVEN with the SAFETY on. Now, I wear loose pants and pockets, so there was plenty of room for the knife to open.
BUT here is the rub, I sent the knife back 2 times to kershaw , the second time I even told them what was wrong. They sent back the same knife and in 2 weeks time it loosen up AGAIN to where it would slip the safety and open up again. The knife wouldnt stay tight and the safety was cut just a hair too short.
The knife now sits in my drawer.
I now carry a spydie Meercat.

It's the smallest knife that I own, and also the sharpest. I accidentally cut myself the other day, but it turns out I only sliced off the top layer of skin from my finger... no bleeding at all. :)
 
I just got the Chive yesterday and I have to say it's some knife. I just can't stop opening it. It's the best knife I've ever had!:D Anyway I just wanted to share my joy with you guys. Thanks for all the input.
