Just picked one up for $22. Going to be used as my "checked luggage" knife when I travel.
Anyone else have one?
If it gets lost while traveling, no tears will be shed ;-)

Great little knife. Liked it so much I put an aftermarket carbon fiber scale on it.

This is awesome guys. Thanks for the input
Might have to reconsider those tears :)

My cousin and uncle both got them, and both were garbage. They would either have major blade play or be too tight to open properly. Got my uncle a Victorinox tinker and gave my cousin a sog flash 2 from the pif thread and neither looked back.
This may be uncommon, but I couldn't say.

Ok. I bought a CRKT flipper that was way too hard to flip. Adjusted the pivot and it was smooth as butter.

I bought one when they first came out. It was a good knife but was a little heavy for my preferences. I gave it to my nephew a few years ago. I am not sure if he uses it or not.

I might have liked the G-10 version better, but that came out later.

I gave my brother a sog flash 2 and when I went to change the clip side for him the head of the screw came off clean. I shudder to think what would happen if I tried to disassemble it.
Cryos been on my try it list for a bit now and it's at the right price point for a travel (tsa gift) knife

I have a Cryo II. It is such a POS I think I will take it through security at the airport just to get rid of it. Anyone have both the Cryo and the Cryo II to be able to make a judgement between the two?

There's a cryo 2 ?
I didn't know that, the pieces of crap my uncle and cousin had looked just like a pictured example.

I have an original Cryo and was really impressed. At the time that I got it, it fit my needs very well. Like another poster mentioned, I liked it enough to get an aftermarket scale for it. I had a G10 Cryo before that model was ever released heheh.
