I would say I am most excited about the Kershaw Thermite. It seems like a really cool flipper with an affordable price.

I recently started looking at ZT knives. 0560 looks a little big for me. Cryo a little small. Really looking forward for the ZT 0566.

I have a leek and 2 shallot. Amazing blades.
 
Thanks for the giveaway! Looking forward to the 0566! For medium/small hands the 0560 is rather large for me. I kinda wish the 0566 was the exact same thing as the 0560 though, just a toned down version.
