I sent in my Kershaw OD 1775 about 3 weeks ago because the flipper action broke. It was also pretty difficult to open the darn thing when I first got it. I received it back today and I'm not sure what they did but it is WAAAAY easier to flip open. The blade was also sharpened almost to a mirror finish. The only problem I had was that the thumb stud loosened and fell off with my first flip but that was easily remedied. All in all, I'm very happy with knife now and won't sell it like I originally planned.
