Had taken my Chive apart to clean it up and lost a washer in the process. Contacted Kershaw and today an envelope arrived with pivot screw and washers. Big thanks to the folks at Kershaw. My Chive is happy again:

I've had good experience with them as well. Glad to hear they took care if you. Those small parts are pain to keep up with. If you drop them, they bounce like a superball and you can't figure out where they went to.
