I sent a Storm back to Kershaw this past Monday due to some up and down blade play. I received a replacement this morning! It locks up perfectly, and came razor sharp out of the box. Just wanted to give a big thumbs up for Kershaw and their customer service! Top notch!

Ya, when I e-mailed them for a new torsion bar for my chive, I got it mailed to me with a wrench a couple days later for free, no questions asked. They have some of the best customer service of any knife brand.
 
sent a zdp mini cyclone in-they sent it back as was-so i sent a email saying i wasnt pleased-within 10 minutes Thomas w is calling me and apologizing ,and he had a replacement sent next day-they dropped the ball and still figured out how to score!

that shows alot about how to treat customers-more than a few companies could learn a thing or 2 about how to keep customers from kershaw-
