I sent an e-mail to customer service requesting a clip for a ZT0301. No questions asked. Today 2 clips show up in the mail. One for just in case I guess.

Yes they are the best! :thumbup: I emailed them about a new tip lock for my Chive, and in 4 days had the lock and a new torsion bar. They also sent me a new clip for my Leek a few years ago, no questions asked. You won't get that service from Spyderco. You have to buy clips for $12, if they have them in stock. Even Gerber will send you free clips, at least 4 years ago they did. Kershaw gets alot more of my business because of their service.
