Kershaw E.T.
I bought this knife new and have carried it a few times. It has never been sharpened and the blade is still factory sharp. The external toggle (E.T.) action remains as smooth as it was when it arrived. If you haven't seen the E.T. in operation, check out this training video from Kershaw:

The knife was Winner of the 2005 Blade® Magazine award for the "Most Innovative American Design."
Comes with box. I like this knife, but have bought several lately and something has to go. The MSRP is $99.89 and our favorite online retailers sell it for about $65. This one is yours for $45 plus $6.50 insured Priority Mail shipping in the CONUS. I'll pay the PayPal fees.
