Kershaw factory tour

I didn't think I could like Kershaw as a company any more than I already did, but after seeing the grinding/honing and assembly actually being done by hand (not to mention the spine whack tests on those 1660CBs), I'm actually a little in awe.
 
Cool video. I love to see the quality that goes into making Kershaw knives. They shoulda given us a peak at the Tilt's, I'd like to see those blades coming together.
 
Does Kershaw use wire EDM in most processing or only some models? I saw the milling machines and the laser cutter. Some of the equipment reminded me of an EDM shop I did IT consulting for a number of years ago in AZ. They had 3D mills as well. I networked them up so you would FTP or even Windows file share the design files into the mill.
