Hey gents!

Curious to what your favorite USA Models vs your favorite non-USA models are? Ive had many a Kershaw in my life (only the USA models curiously; the second knife i ever bought with my own money was a Kershaw Leek in stainless, and i thought it was the greatest thing ever made!). Now i only own a blur and my trusty leek! i always buy them and end up selling them sometime later, however I've always been impressed with their knives. Which models have been your favorites?

Thanks,

Al

USA-made-- either JYDII or Rake. I do like my Elmax Leeks almost a much as the JYD and Rake.

Non-USA-- Dimension.

Kershaw USA always has superb build quality and material quality, for the money. Their imported knives, on the other hand, aren't my favorite. I've owned plenty of them but I always end up selling them.

My favorite USA made Kershaw is the aluminum Leek hands down.

USA would be the Spec Bump. Very comfortable, interesting and useful blade shape and a very cool lock. Overseas would probably be the Tremor. Just a beast of a knife for not much cash.

I only have one. The Kershaw brawler. That Tanto blade gets really abused on the ranch, and it holds up.

My current favorite US-made Kershaw knife is the 1870OLBLK Knockout. Overseas model? That would probably be the G10 Cryo.

I particularly like my S30V Random Leek but I am afraid to carry it for fear of losing/damaging it. I settled for a Random Task II and I like it a lot. I have no experience with non-USA Kershaws.
