Because kershaw wanted it closed. Also it was a nightmare.

In my opinion the dog piles and gang tackles leaded to Polarized discussions.This leaded to many headaches and animosity.The forum eventually closed at the request of the Manufacturer.Read the archive and you may understand and gain some insight into the root causes.The beat goes on in general now....
