How about a Kershaw forum? Is there anyone here who is with the company that would be interested in being a moderator if the interest was there? What do you all think?

Regards,

Tom Carey

I wish we had Kershaw forum here but I doubt they are interested. They are not even able to answer e-mail inquiries.

That may change, maybe.

I know the new national sales manager personally. And not to mention Ken Onion is already here a good bit and you got great company.

That is excellent news, Mr. Turber! (That almost makes up for not winning AGAIN this month!!!!!) I`d love to see a Kershaw forum here. I hope the people at Kershaw realize how much excitement you can create about your products here. And how much real-time feedback you can get from folks who are fairly knowledgable. Kershaw should be creating a major buzz about their Ken Onion series. The Blade Show award was 2 years ago! Time to start pushing the Y2K product line!

And update your website, for crying out loud!!!

Great idea! It is time for Kershaw to hear from the masses. Ken does his part and is an active member of the forum. Someone from the company could really generate more interest in the product and could even come away with some good info on product improvement or innovation! KERSHAW--COME ON DOWN!

Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way!

Correct me if I`m wrong, but Ken IS a Kershaw employee. Isn`t he a Senior Designer or something like that?

I agree with you guys 100 percent . And I'm sure Kershaw does to ,They are going through growing pains right now and selling lots of knives and everyone is pretty much stretched to capacity. They have been just a little overwhelmed at the demand you guys have created. I'm not complaining

BTW Steve no I'm not a Kershaw employee I'm a contracted designer. But I will do what I can to find someone to moderate a Kershaw forum.

Hope I was helpful!!
Aloha!!! Ken Onion

Jeff Goddard is my friend of many years. He is now the National Sales Manager for Kershaw.

You guys want a fourm?
And if Ken is willing to help out I will make it.

What I need is for people to call Kershaw and say HEY I WANT TO SEE YOU ON BLADEFORUMS.COM!

Here is the number.

Kai Cutlery 1-800-325-2891

Or email them!
kershaw@kershawknives.com

This will be the first time I have actually asked you guys to call a manufacturer. Let's see what we can do!

I did my part Tom. They would be a great addition. Anyone who is reading this thread, do your part and drop them a line.

Take care, (AND a big knife)

Wow, I love my Kershay Starkey Ridge (Ti-34) and I've always wondered why Kershaw seems to get no respect. I think a Kershaw forum is a great idea!!!

Is there anyone else out there with a Ti-34? I have 2 Benchmades (soon to be 3) and a Genesis I, but I still find my Ti-34 to be an outstanding knife.

Did Kershaw do something to offend the knife community at-large or something?

OK ! I have sent an E-mail , hope that will help some . Looking forward to see the Y2K series by Ken Onion . The custom Y2K knives by Ken looks great !!

Rex,

I have the Ti ATS-34 as well and it is my favourite knife. Actually it was because I got the Whirlwind and I am looking forward the new Avalanche.
