Just saw one of these at Walmart today, what makes this walmart version different than others? and does anyone know which set of tools it has on it?

The Wal-Mart exclusive has the "K Texture" on the handle.

Knotty's right. The only upgrade is the K Texture. It still has the carabiner and cord cutter/hex wrench. The color of the aluminum handle is slightly darker, as well. Looks pretty tight.

The Walmart version is based on the Funxion EMT. It has black injection moldd handles with K-Texture, and the same tools as the Funxion EMT (which does include a bottle opener). The blade is 3Cr13 instead of 8Cr13MoV.

Is the 3cr13MoV better or worse than 8cr13MoV?

The more cr13's the better right :p

Oh so the entire handles are injection molded? No aluminum on this one then?

3Cr13 is very low carbon compared to 8Cr13MoV. If it's like most low carbon/high chromium blades then this will probably have an HRC in the low 50's (50-55), where the 8Cr13MoV will run in the upper 50's (55-59). 3Cr13 might compare closely to 420J2 steel, while 8Cr13MoV performs much like AUS8.
