cannot understand why many us sellers do not want to ship internationally, I know that there may be problems BUT I have around 200-300 transactions with us sellers, never had problems, once only but the guy did not ship and it is another story...

can I know more about the chargebacks? did people say that the package never arrived? lost packages? or what?
