Kershaw wins points in my book for great warranty service. Had a Chive for about 4 years and the plastic safety block recently broke. E-mailed them about a replacement and less than a week later received a package with two blocks and mounting hardware. Good job Kershaw! Excellent product support. :D
 
I agree, I have been a Kershaw collector for years , and have sent a few in for repair. They always take care of my knives quick and professionally, and best of all they always treat you like you're number one !!! Great service, Great company.
 
Let me also heap some more praise on Kershaw customer service.
About 3 weeks ago, the torsion bar in my Rainbow Leek broke after several years. I called Kershaw (during lunch hour), left a message with their warranty dept., and wahla, 3 days later I got a new torsion bar in the mail..no charge. Great product, great customer service. Kershaw rocks! :)
