Just rec. these in the mail. Not a particularly huge Kershaw fan. But these knives just may change my mind. Bump is of prem. materials and is spot on in manufacture. The Segal belive it or not is the same. Extremely comfortable handle, ray skin inserts are perfect and I mean perfect. Opens like butter and locks solidly. Tip up or down who could argue. Both knives extremely sharp out of the box.
The Bump is very uber cool looking. Blade reminds me of a toucan sort of. Flipper is fast and lock up solid. Grip ergos aren't bad either. Anyways more to come as I use them. 2 winners here for sure. The Segal especially. This thing is opens like well oiled glass it is that smooth. Smoothest knife I own I belive and that includes a Clark custom that maybe as smooth but not smoother. Smoother than my 710 even. Go figure right? Cheap off ebay and I mean dirt cheap, so much so I just may order a couple of more for Xmas presents next year. keepem sharp:thumbup:
