For sale (no trades, thanks), a Kershaw Intellect framelock.
This model is discontinued and not for sale by most retailers. Spring-assisted 8Cr13MoV blade with polished finish, steel handle with titanium carbo-nitride coating. Deep carry clip.
I am the second owner, and have never sharpened the knife nor used it to cut anything but paper. The blade is still in good shape, though the next owner may want to sharpen it. As the images show, the knife has seen some wear but is still fit.
