awhile back I complained about lock issues on my Speed Bump and Thomas immediately took care of it. He have send me Spec Bump but it never got it to me (russian post is good but not ideal). The he send me ANOTHER one!
Last week I finally got my brand new knife from Kershaw and I'm speechless
