Kershaw JYD 2.2 Clip mod?

Greetings knife nuts, My beautiful gf just gifted me a Kershaw JYD (she lost my Spyderco Dragonfly 2, so this was her replacement). Ive looked at this knife before but never considered it due to its RIDICULOUS clip. TBH I cant even believe Kershaw let Gaylean go through with that clip. But anyhow now that I have the knife are there any modders out there who have designed a clip for this knife?

Yeah, that clip is pretty monstrous. I think STR makes a lowride clip for it.

You need a 2-56 tap and a wire size #50 bit.

I did this a few years ago. I cut a slot into the steel liner to accept the ZT deep carry pocket clip. Luckily I was carrying this today.
